• In order to provide best online service, we want our astrologer to log in and stay online for 4 to 5hrs on all business days.
• You should not do anything that may disrupt the site, service, or network or manipulate the integrity of “Sulekha.com”.
• No falsified (Misleading/ False/ Fake wrong) predictions. Falsification is not entertained, and astrologers should be reliable and trustworthy.

• To make our product more affordable and competitive, astrologers should agree to $0.20/Min so that maximum clients can benefit from our service.
• Our price quote is not permanent and may change in the future.
• Sulekha will charge 50% commission from the user payment.

• All the consultations will be done through live video or call/chat conversation with the user. Consultation should be done by only the registered astrologer and not thru any subordinate.
• Astrologers should refrain from using any other means of communication other than this mode.

• Profile Picture and 10-20 seconds Introductory Video is mandatory.
• (Adding a profile picture and introduction video to your profile can be a great way to quickly build a bond with prospective clients and also helps to find new clients.)

• Payment made to the astrologer will be as per the agreement.
• After deducting statutory dues such as commission, we will the money from the user, and then we process the payment to the astrologer through ACH.
• Astrologers need to provide their bank account details along with a voided check so that the amount directly goes to your bank account within 7 to 8 business days after the total amount due to astrologer exceeds $500
• We ensure that the given ACH details are secured, and it is taken only to process the payment.

All sales and payments made on, through, or in relation to the Site, the App, or the Services are final, irrevocable, and not subject to or eligible for refund or return, in whole or in part, unless otherwise expressly stated in this Agreement.

• When you, the Astrologer, create and open an account, you will be asked to provide a username and password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, username, and any other security information related to your account.
• You will be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, username, or password. You may not use someone else's account, username, or password at any time. You will immediately be notified of unauthorized use of your password, username, e-mail, or other security breaches.
• Astro.Sulekha.com encourages Astrologers to change their password at least once a month. Astro.Sulekha.com will not be liable for any loss you incur due to someone else using your account or your password, either with or without your knowledge. You may be held liable for any losses incurred by Astro.Sulekha.com due to someone else’s use of your account or password.

• Astrologer acknowledges and agrees that it shall be solely responsible for all conduct, services, advice, postings, and transmissions that are made from the account of Astrologer and further consents that any information or content that the Astrologer posts or transmits will not be considered to be Astrologer’s confidential information, and in fact, this information, whether personal in nature or not, shall be owned by Astro.sulekha.com.
• Astrologer further agrees and consents to all conversations, chats, or transcripts being captured in any format controlled, processed, and shared by Astro.sulekha.com in terms of the Privacy Policy and as permissible by law.
• The Astrologer, however, does warrant that any information shared by the member/User to the Astrologer will not be disclosed and will use his/her best efforts to guard the member’s privacy.
• Astrologer will not share access to the astrologer management platform with anyone else. You will not disclose the terms and conditions between Astro.Sulekha.com and the Astrologer to a third party or a member of Astro.Sulekha.com. Any disclosure will be deemed to be a violation of confidentiality and can result in an Astrologer being asked to leave the platform.
• You will not at any time disclose or divulge into anyone in any form, documentary or otherwise any information or particulars or details of any trade or business or any other matters connected therewith or any trade secrets or processes which may come to your knowledge while you are working for the Company and you will always keep secret all information in respect of the Company

• Astrologer acknowledges that they will not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information of Astro.Sulekha.com Portal without obtaining prior written consent from Astro.sulekha.com.
• All vested contingent and future intellectual property rights in Astro.Sulekha.com Portal, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, service marks, design rights (whether registered or unregistered), patents, trade, secrets, inventions, database rights, and any applications for protection or registration of these rights and all renewals and extensions thereof existing in any part of the world whether now known or in the future shall remain with the Astro.sulekha.com.
